{"id":8900,"date":"2025-03-01T07:00:06","date_gmt":"2025-03-01T06:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dupessey.com\/index-egalite-femmes-hommes-2\/"},"modified":"2025-03-21T01:24:49","modified_gmt":"2025-03-21T00:24:49","slug":"index-egalite-femmes-hommes-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dupessey.com\/en\/index-egalite-femmes-hommes-2\/","title":{"rendered":"GENDER EQUALITY INDEX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Gender Equality: an incalculable index&#8230; but it does not change our commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Despite a long-standing equal pay policy, the indicators used to establish the Gender Equality index* are not applicable to our Group, making it incalculable as of March 1, 2025, for the year 2024.<\/p>\n<p>However, our commitment to the subject remains strong, and the management&#8217;s efforts for equal opportunities are still at the heart of the actions taken.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout 2024, here are the results for the 5 calculated indicators of the index for the two companies involved in the group: Dupessey&amp;CO and Transports TYM<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st, 2nd, and 3rd indicators (pay gaps, raises, and promotions): incalculable for the year 2024. The inability to calculate these two indicators is due to the non-representativeness of 3 or 10 employees of each gender per category and not to an actual pay, raise, and promotion gap.<\/li>\n<li>4th indicator (percentage of employees receiving a raise after maternity leave): we received a score of 15\/15. The three employees returning from maternity leave in 2024 were given a raise during the year.
